At Korea TLC, we are proud to host a diverse marketplace of the best Korean beauty brands and sellers worldwide. Each seller on Korea TLC operates independently and is responsible for managing their own returns, refunds, and customer service in accordance with their individual store policies and applicable consumer laws.

1️⃣ Returns & Refunds Process

If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact the seller directly through your Korea TLC account’s order page.
You will find seller contact details within your order confirmation and order history.

👉 All refund and return requests must be initiated with the original seller of the product.

👉 Individual sellers on Korea TLC are responsible for establishing and clearly communicating their own return, refund, and exchange policies, which may vary depending on the product type and country of origin.


2️⃣ Marketplace Role

Korea TLC is a marketplace platform connecting buyers with Korean beauty brands and sellers.
We do not manufacture or directly sell products listed by third-party sellers on our platform.

As such:

✅ Korea TLC is not the seller of record for products listed by third-party sellers.
✅ Refunds and returns are the responsibility of the individual seller.
✅ We are unable to process direct refunds for purchases made through independent sellers.


3️⃣ Escalation to Korea TLC

If you have contacted the seller and either:

✅ Have not received a response within 10 working days, OR
✅ Have not been offered a resolution in line with the seller’s stated return policy OR applicable consumer rights,

You may escalate your issue to us by contacting:

Our marketplace team will review the case and may intervene to facilitate a fair resolution in accordance with our Marketplace Standards.


4️⃣ Important Notes

  • Certain product categories, such as personal care, cosmetics, skincare, or sealed hygiene products, may not be eligible for return if opened, due to health and safety reasons.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in accordance with the seller’s return policy and is received in a resalable condition unless faulty or not as described.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated by the seller.


5️⃣ Marketplace Integrity

Korea TLC works with trusted Korean beauty brands and sellers and maintains a strict marketplace code of conduct.
Sellers who fail to meet our standards for fair returns and customer service may be subject to marketplace penalties, up to and including removal from Korea TLC.
