Terms & Conditions — Korea TLC

Welcome to Korea TLC — the marketplace for the best in Korean beauty and skincare.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.koreatlc.com and any related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1️⃣ About Korea TLC
Korea TLC is an online marketplace.
We connect buyers with independent Korean beauty brands and sellers worldwide.
We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell products listed by third-party sellers on the Platform except our own branded products which will carry the Korea TLC label.
Products are sold by independent sellers who are responsible for product listings, pricing, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.
2️⃣ Marketplace Role
Korea TLC provides the Platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and independent sellers.
Korea TLC:
✅ Is not a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller.
✅ Does not hold title to or take possession of products sold.
✅ Does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of products listed by sellers.
✅ Does not warrant that seller descriptions or representations are accurate or complete.
Buyers should exercise due diligence and review seller ratings and policies before making a purchase.
3️⃣ Buyer Responsibilities
When using Korea TLC, buyers agree to:
✅ Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
✅ Read and understand individual seller policies before purchasing.
✅ Communicate directly with sellers regarding order inquiries, returns, and refunds.
✅ Use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.
4️⃣ Seller Responsibilities
Sellers on Korea TLC are responsible for:
✅ Accurately listing products and pricing.
✅ Ensuring products comply with all applicable consumer safety and labelling laws in the countries where they are sold.
✅ Fulfilling orders and providing timely shipping.
✅ Clearly stating and honouring their return and refund policies.
✅ Providing customer support related to their sales.
Sellers agree not to list counterfeit or unauthorised products.
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
5️⃣ Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.
Korea TLC does not store full payment card details.
Buyers agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout.
Prices and shipping costs are determined by the individual seller.
6️⃣ Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the individual seller’s policy.
Buyers must contact the seller directly for all return and refund requests.
Korea TLC is not responsible for issuing refunds for purchases made from independent sellers.
If a buyer is unable to resolve an issue with a seller after a good faith effort, they may escalate the issue to Korea TLC by contacting:

Korea TLC may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to provide compensation.
7️⃣ Intellectual Property
All content on Korea TLC (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of Korea TLC or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
✅ Korea TLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or purchase of products.
✅ Korea TLC is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
✅ Korea TLC makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9️⃣ Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korea TLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
✅ Your misuse of the Platform.
✅ Your violation of these Terms.
✅ Your violation of third-party rights.
10️⃣ Termination
Korea TLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
11️⃣ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12️⃣ Changes to Terms
Korea TLC may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
